Continuous Production

Electrolyte solutions are essential to dialysis. The requirements for this project were 24x7 operation and acid resistant labellers.

Tandem Novexx 936 labellers provided for continuous operation. Codeway remade the label apply head in stainless to resist acid splashes.

Filling

The filling line feeds the containers through a hole in the wall to the labelling line.

Labelling

The tandem labellers sustain continuous production. When one stops the other takes over.

Label printing

The labeller prints variable batch data. Its ribbon saving mechanism skips over the preprinted part of the label.
