Manufacturing Execution System (BOL-MES) is a full capability manufacturing execution system (MES) which consists of the Real-Time Operations Tracking System (RT-OPS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) plus the Equipment Tracking Option (ETO) plus the real-time scheduling module (WCS) and the dynamic real-time materials requirements planning tool (DRP). BOL-MES is especially suitable for make-to-order and contract manufacturers who have to manage many quick turn jobs at the same time.

Operations Tracking The BellHawk Online MES Manufacturing Execution System provides an easy to use and affordable Cloud-based solution for managing small and mid-sized manufacturing operations. It is especially suitable for manufacturers who make customized products to order, either directly from raw materials, or from a standard set of intermediate materials.

The BellHawk Online MES system integrates the capabilities of the BellHawk Online WIPS Work-in-Process Tracking System and the BellHawk Online Barcode Inventory Tracking System.

MES then adds the following tracking capabilities from the BellHawk Online JMTS Job and Materials Tracking System:

Ability to store BOMs to make and package products Ability to record the consumption of materials on Work Order Operations Ability to record the flow of materials through a manufacturing process Ability to record multiple products and byproducts out from a manufacturing operation Ability to warn people if they are about to use the wrong parts to make a product Ability to record the setup, run, and cleanup time for machines, equipment, and production lines Ability to record the down times and reason codes for machines, equipment, and production lines Ability to track the cost of each job, including the cost of labor, materials, and machine time on each operation BellHawk Online MES includes the ability for the system to schedule operations in real-time through a sequence of work centers to help ensure orders get processed on time. When used in conjunction with the BellHawk Online WMS Warehouse Management System option, MES also adds a real-time materials requirements planning function that can create work orders and purchase orders in response to new orders being received.

The BellHawk Online MES system uses license-plate container tracking methods in combination with barcode scanning and mobile computing technology to track the receipt and put-away of raw materials, their transformation into finished products and their packing and shipment to customers.

The BellHawk Online MES system uses barcode and mobile computer technology to capture data. Its capabilities include:

Tracks labor and materials expended on operations Tracks transformation or conversion or assembly of raw materials into finished or intermediate products. Tracks repair and recycling of equipment and materials. Tracks batch processing of chemicals, food, beverages, pharmaceuticals and supplements including mixing and packaging. Tracks testing of samples in laboratories as well as the reagents and equipment used in their testing. Tracks labor and materials costs on Department of Defense and other Government projects. Tracks the status of work orders, customer orders, and work-in-process as well as raw, intermediate, and finished goods inventory in real-time. Tracks status of materials on order from suppliers and being shipped to customers. Tracks materials shipped to, being processed at, and returned from sub-contractors. Captures the materials consumed and produced by each operation as well as the labor time used. Tracks scrap and rework as well defect and rework reasons. Tracks split and combined batches of material in production operations. Designed for easy data capture by material-handlers and operators who are not computer literate. The BellHawk Online MES system gives managers, supervisors, staff and customer support personnel a real-time view of the status of their customer orders, inventory, jobs, work-in-process, and shipments. These are available as web-browser based screens as well as in the form of reports and Excel spreadsheet exports.
