Tracking capabilities

Materials

Ingredients. Receipt and put-away of ingredients and other materials, identifying each container by GTIN, serial number, lot number, expiration date and supplier.
Quality Control. Inspection of incoming materials.
Picking Ingredients have passed quality inspection and are not past expiration date.

Production

Mixing Correct ingredients are used in mixing operations.
Batch Ingredients by part number, serial number, lot number and expiration date in each mix.
Intermediates Testing and quality inspection of intermediate product mixes.
Products Mix batch and packaging materials going into each batch of finished product.

Serialisation

Identification Barcode serial number on each product pack.
Packaging Barcode serial numbers on boxes and pallets and their contents at each packaging level

Distribution

Shipment Picking, packing, and shipment to customers.
