This company organises a schedule of events in many countries. It transports IT and communications equipment to each event by air.

Problem

The company wanted to ensure that every module of its systems was loaded. A complication was the need to check the power supply from the batteries in every module ws switched off before loading on to the aircraft. They wanted to do this without opening the shipping containers.

Solution

Codeway commissioned a custom RFID tag with a sensor to detect a voltage at the switch. We also supplied Zebra rugged handhelds to read the RFID tags, with software to checks all containers are ready for shipment with power supply off.
